Hello, I'm Stefan Marius Grudinschi.

I'm a Senior 3D / Technical Artist working across product visualisation, lifestyle CGI, materials, animation, and real-time rendering. My experience bridges visual craft and production systems, from creating polished commercial imagery to developing workflows that improve consistency, speed, and scalability.
I'm now looking to build on that foundation through roles and projects that combine hands-on visual production with broader creative direction, pipeline ownership, and responsibility for the final output.

Led and supported high-volume CGI production across product visualisation, lifestyle imagery, materials, animation, and real-time rendering workflows. My role expanded from senior artist work into technical pipeline development, including the creation and maintenance of FXS, a data-driven Unreal Engine tool used to deliver thousands of consistent 4K product outputs at scale.

Built assets from physical studio products using measurements, references, and material observation, developing the production habits that shaped my later work in product accuracy, material detail, and commercial image creation.

"MILK" Short Film (University Project)
Collaborated on a university short film project during my first year, supporting graduating students with environment creation, motion capture, rendering, and final delivery. I led the environment work, coordinated with character artists and the production team, and also performed as one of the motion capture characters.
